For a standard house (R+1 villa), CPJ 45 is the référence. Use CPJ 35 for masonry and CPJ 55 for loaded structural éléments (R+3+ columns). CRS is for sulfate soils.
How many cement bags for 1 m3 of concrete?
For B25 concrete (standard columns/beams), count 7 bags of CPJ 45 (350 kg) per m3. For B15 blinding concrete, 5 bags are enough (250 kg/m3).
Why does the price vary by region?
Transport représents 15-25% of cement price. Factories are concentrated on the Casa-Meknes axis, hence higher prices in the South and Oriental.
How to store cement on site?
Store bags away from moisture, on pallets (never on bare ground), in a ventilated area. Don't stack more than 10 bags. Max duration: 3 months after manufacture.
