Founder & CEO

Civil engineer (EHTP Casablanca, 2013), 12 years of hands-on experience in Moroccan construction. Former site manager at SOMAGEC on public infrastructure projects, he founded lechantier.ma in 2025 after observing the lack of transparent information for individual home builders. Specialist in residential project management, on-site cost estimation and RPS 2000 seismic compliance. He drives product strategy and supplier partnerships.

Amina El Fassi

Editorial Director

DPLG architect, graduate of the National School of Architecture in Rabat (2011) and specialist construction journalist with 14 years of experience. She covered the construction sector for several Moroccan media outlets before joining lechantier.ma. Expert in urbanism regulation, law 66-12 and building permits in Morocco, she oversees all editorial content, practical guides and articles. Every technical piece goes through her review to ensure compliance and reliability.

Karim Tazi

Technical & Pricing Manager

BTP materials and pricing expert with 16 years of experience in construction materials distribution and trade in Morocco. Former purchasing manager at a leading national distributor, he has deep knowledge of the cement, rebar, aggregates and finishing supply chains. He manages a network of 80+ suppliers (Francobat, Tachrone, direct vendors) and updates the price index every week. Technical lead on product fact sheets and budget guidance.
