Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the lechantier.ma platform, operated by lechantier.ma SARL, registered with the Commercial Registry of Casablanca. They define the rights and obligations of users (individuals and professionals) in the use of the services offered on the platform.
Article 2 — Services offered
lechantier.ma offers the following services:
- Directory of construction professionals (architects, builders, craftsmen)
- Connecting individuals with professionals via quote requests
- Free calculation and simulation tools (price calculator, materials simulator)
- Publication of indicative construction material prices
- Editorial content (guides, articles, glossary)
- Free and premium professional profiles
Article 3 — Registration and user account
The use of certain services (quote requests, review submission) requires account creation. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The account is personal and cannot be transferred. lechantier.ma réservés the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.
Article 4 — Pricing for professionals
Basic registration for professionals is free. Paid plans (Premium at 149 MAD/month excl. tax, Business at 499 MAD/month excl. tax) are billed monthly by automatic payment. Professionals can cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. No refund is granted for a started month.
Article 5 — Liability
lechantier.ma acts as an intermediary. The platform does not replace professionals and does not guarantee the quality of services performed. Displayed prices are indicative. lechantier.ma cannot be held liable for disputes between users and professionals. In case of dispute, parties are invited to contact us for amicable mediation.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logos, tools, databases) is the exclusive property of lechantier.ma or its partners. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization. Registered professionals grant lechantier.ma a non-exclusive license to use their photos and descriptions for platform promotion.
Article 7 — Payment methods
Payments for professional subscriptions are accepted by credit card (via CMI), bank transfer, and mobile payment (Orange Money, Inwi Money). Invoices are issued monthly and available in the professional dashboard. Applicable VAT is 20% in accordance with Moroccan law.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Law 31-08 on consumer protection in Morocco, professionals have a 7-day right of withdrawal from the subscription date. Withdrawal requests must be sent by email to [email protected].
Article 9 — Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the courts of Casablanca shall have sole jurisdiction.
