- Professional data (for pros): company name, RC, ICE, specialties, service area, project photos
- Project data: type of work, area, estimated budget, project location (for quote requests)
- Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration (via Plausible Analytics, no cookies)

- Connecting individuals with construction professionals
- Managing user accounts and professional subscriptions
- Sending quotes and tracking requests

4. Legal basis
Processing of your personal data is based on: your consent (registration, quote requests), contract performance (professional subscriptions), legitimate interest of lechantier.ma (service improvement, security), and compliance with legal obligations (Law 09-08 on personal data protection).

Your data is accessible only to lechantier.ma teams and, for quote requests, to professionals selected to respond. We never sell your data to third parties. Our technical subcontractors (hosting, emailing) are bound by confidentiality obligations under Law 09-08.

User account data is retained during registration, then 3 years after last activity. Quote request data is retained for 2 years. Billing data is retained for 10 years per Moroccan accounting obligations. You can request data deletion at any time.

Under Law 09-08, you have the following rights:

- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right of deletion: request erasure of your data
- Right of objection: oppose processing of your data for marketing purposes
