Living/bedrooms: 60×60 rectified porcelain. Kitchen: R10 stain-resistant. Bathroom: R11 anti-slip + DCOF ≥0.42. Outdoor: R12 + 20 mm thick if technical terrace.

How many tiles per m²?

60×60 cm: 2.8 pieces/m². Plan 10% waste (15-20% for diagonal layout or large format). For 100 m²: order 110-115 m² + plinths (3 m/10 m² of room).

Rectified or non-rectified tiles?

Rectified: straight edges, 2 mm joints, modern look, +15-25% price. Non-rectified: slightly rounded edges, 4-8 mm joints required, more rustic. For 60×60+: rectified recommended.

What adhesive for tiles?

C2 class minimum tile adhesive (Mapei, Weber, Sika), 25 kg bag: 55-95 MAD. Consumption: 4-6 kg/m² single bond, 8-10 kg/m² double bond (required for large format >40 cm).
