The site is accessible 24/7 except for force majeure, maintenance or server failures. The user is responsible for hardware and internet connection. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Article 3 — Account creation
Creating an account requires accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of credentials. Any fraudulent use must be reported to [email protected].
Article 4 — Expected behaviour
Users commit not to publish illegal, defamatory or infringing content, not to access restricted areas, not to use bots or automated tools. Abuse leads to account suspension and possible prosecution.

The platform connects individuals with registered professionals. lechantier.ma is not party to the contract between the parties. We do not guarantee pro response times or the quality of subsequent services.
Article 6 — Reviews
Users who actually used a pro via lechantier.ma may post a review. Reviews must be sincere, substantiated and respectful. We reserve the right to delete reviews that are manifestly false or abusive.
Article 7 — Calculation tools
Tools provided (price calculator, material simulator) provide INDICATIVE estimates based on average Moroccan prices. They are not formal quotes. A formal quote from a pro is required before any commitment.
Article 8 — Editorial content
Articles, guides, glossary are provided for information. Despite our vigilance we do not guarantee accuracy, especially in regulatory or fiscal matters. For important decisions consult a qualified professional.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
All site elements are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of lechantier.ma or its licensors. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited (Moroccan Law 2-00).
