Safi: cheap, 20-30 min set, decent finish, ideal for everyday work. Knauf/Lafarge: top finish, superior whiteness, anti-crack additives, ideal for living areas + visible ceilings. 2× Safi cost but justified for living rooms/bathrooms. Mix: Safi body + Knauf finish.
